In two quarters of Chiropractic school, I have not only learned a lot about anatomy and Chiropractic, but also a lot about nutrition. In this blog, I invite you to be involved in the exploration of more nutritious foods.

My intention is to keep you informed on the latest research on the foods that promote a healthy lifestyle. In the process, I’ll probably post some articles about the benefits of Chiropractic, since nutrition and Chiropractic go hand-in-hand. By doing this, you, the viewers, and I will benefit.
